I want to make an order but I will be travelling, could I receive it later?
Yes, in the shopping cart page, you will see a "NOTES" section where you can tell us from what day you want to receive the package and we will send it from that day, to make sure it arrives when you have returned home.
If my order is a gift, can I request a dedicated card?
Of course! In the shopping cart you will see a section that says "Notes". You can write there the note you want us to add to your package.
If your order includes more than one gift, you can purchase multiple jewelry boxes or multiple Kuus holders (portakuus), one for each gift.
Within your first order, you will recieve a jewelry box. for free. With subsequent orders, you'll receive one Kuus holders (portakuus) for free.
Can I order a piece of jewelry or tableware that is 'SOLD OUT'?
Yes, write us through the contact form and we'll let you know when it'll be available again.
Why do I need to include my phone number in my shipping data? The phone number is essential for the courier company to contact you in case you are not at home at the time of delivery.
What happens if the product arrives broken? At KUUS we strive to pack everything carefully. But if any part arrives broken, please contact us so that we can make the complaint to the courier company. We will need you to take some pictures with the original packaging for us to send them to our courier company.

NOT RECEIVING OUR EMAILS?
I have registered to the KUUS Universe, but I have not receive any mail with my discount promotion to use in my first order.
What to do?
1. Check your SPAM or PROMOTIONS inbox carpets of your email.
2. Double-check that your email address you have used, is correct. Try again to register. Because mistakes happen ;-), and if the address isn't correct, we can't send you any emails.
3. Another reason could be if you use an email server like @protonmail.com, because we receive your email address like: mailXXXXXXXX@protonmail.com
where the Xs are random numbers.
And when we try to send an email to that address, our email server returns a message saying:
"Your message was not delivered because the address was not found or cannot receive mail."
Please use another email address in this case.
