ABOUT RETURNS
RETURNS IN SPAIN AND EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES
• You have 30 days to return your entire order. Partial returns are not accepted.
• Do not throw away the original packaging. You will need it to make the return.
• Products that cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Products that have been personalized.
- Used products (without internal marks on the pieces that reflect use).
- Products that are not returned in their original packaging and wrapping.
• If you are already a regular KUUS customer, let's talk. Write to us on WhatsApp and we will resolve the issue.

How to return your order delivered in Spain and other European Union countries?
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package via the WhatsApp button on the screen (+34 616 26 68 16) and we will help you with the return.
2. Repack the products in the same packaging they came in: jewelry box, paper, and box/envelope in which everything arrived.
3. On the date we agree upon, we will send you an electronic label via WhatsApp so you can go to your nearest post office. Take it with you on your cell phone. There, they will scan it with a barcode reader and print the label for you on the spot.
About return shipping costs
• If you paid shipping costs for your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If shipping costs were free due to the amount of your order or a promotion, we will deduct the return shipping costs from the amount to be refunded.
When will you receive your refund?
• As soon as we receive your return package and verify that the products are in perfect condition and unused, we will notify you via WhatsApp that we have received the return.
• If everything is in order, we will refund the amount of your order via Bizum or bank transfer.
Returns for orders delivered to countries outside the European Union

4. Once we have received the return and verified that everything is in order, we will refund the amount of your order, minus the return shipping costs, using the payment method we agree upon.
5. The rules governing products that cannot be returned are the same as those that apply in European Union countries.
