First of all, we want to apologize and tell you we are very sorry if any item arrives broken. In KUUS we try to carefully pack every product so they can arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes little accidents happen with the courier company.
If this happens, you have to contact us within the next 24h from the arrive to inform us about the incident by completing the form below. You will also have to address your order number at the subject.
Once you have noticed us the issue, we will need you to send us the next pictures to our email email@example.com with your order number at the subject of the email:
- Of the label at the package.
- Of the full package.
- Of the broken item.
Once we recive this information, we will contact you.
