YOU WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL WITH CREDIT IN THE FORM OF "KUUPON", EQUAL TO THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT YOU RETURN, TO USE IN OUR ONLINE STORE, WITHOUT EXPIRATION DATE.
- The shipping of the product you want to return to KUUS must be made in it's original package and packaging. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
- The customer has to pay the return shipping of the original product.
- We don't make any refunds for returns, you will recive your money as a giftcard.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE CHANGED OR RETURNED:
- Personalized products.
- Used productos.
- Products without their original package and packaging.
- Hoop earrings, due to hygiene issues.
At KUUS we try to wrap every product as well as we can to avoid any damage, but sometimes courriers have little accidents.
If a product arrives broken, you must notify KUUS within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. Below we leave you a form to notify the problem. You'll also need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject "BROKEN PRODUCT" and your phone number.
You must send us in that email the following pictures from the:
- Package label
- Broken product
WHAT WE WILL DO:
- Once we have checked all the information you have sent us, and if the damaged product is in stock, we will send you the new product (the shipping costs will be paid by KUUS) to the delivery address of the original order. If the address is different, the customer will have to pay the shipment in advance.
- In case the product is not in stock, we will offer you the possibility to pick a similar product or receive A KUUPON for the value of the damaged product, which will expire in 3 months, to be used at our online store later. Your choice.
